About Me

My name is Luke, and I’ve spent the last 8+ years working in health and fitness, helping people build strength, improve their physique and develop a sustainable approach to training.
My coaching focuses on structured strength training, long-term progress and removing extremes from both training and dieting. I believe results come from doing the right things consistently rather than simply pushing harder than necessary.
I want training to be something you not only see results from, but genuinely enjoy and understand, so you feel confident continuing long after coaching.
Currently based at PureGym Haywards Heath, I work with clients both in person and online.
